You did an awsome job, Rhonda!! People feel special when they see their name, as they should. I, for one, like the shout-outs! Makes me feel like when I was a little kid watching Romper Room, and she would come out with the magic mirror and say the names. So thank you my friend for making me feel special today. And I couldn't have gone up there to sing without the support and encouragement of you and Becky! You, two are the greatest!

Oh what a memory that brought out.  Romper Room I just loved that.  Rhonda was not a common name, but I remember the one time she did say it.  I was on cloud 9 all day long.  Oh what was her name Ms.  ????   Thanks for reminding me of that I used to watch it daily.

And there were 3 hostess, at least in the LA area
 Miss Nancy, then her daughter - Miss Sally, and then Miss Mary Ann.
 
I used to love watching that show! And Bozo the Clown! Whoa, my age is showing!! Lol!

I'm sure I'm really dating myself here but I remember Romper Room so well.  I sat each morning waiting for her to say my name at the end.  I wanted Bozo the Clown and Hobo Kelly.  In fact, when I had my tonsils out in the second grade, Hobo Kelly sent me a get well card.  Oh, those were the days.

OH My I forgot one really important person!  I am so ashamed of myself!  My one and Only Angel KIM!  She is an amazing woman.  I do not ever forget her as she is always with me.  I can feel her hugs all the time when I need them.   So Ms. Kim what are you up to today?  I miss you and can't wait to see you next week and get some real hugs.   You are probably galavanting all over the SD area with that Hot new Hunk of Burning love of yours.  I think i am jealous!  lol.  You go and have a wonderful day what ever it is that you are doing.  I miss you girl.

Good Morning All and Happy Saturday!

Well today is my baby girls 15th birthday! I cannot believe how time flies with these kids. I take my oldest daughter on Tuesday for her senior portraits...UGH! Time just flies way too quick for me. I told my DH last night that maybe we should have a baby...he quickly steered me onto another topic of conversation...LOL!!!!

So we are off for a girls day of shopping, lunch, more shopping and then a party with her friends tonight. She is definatly her Mother's daughter because all she really wanted to do for her day was SHOP!!!!

  Lisa,  No more kids, just get another baby with 4 legs and fur.  No shopping, no college, no senior pictures, cheaper food, they never stay out late, never hate you.  Never complain, the only irritating thing, is sometimes you gotta clean a puddle up.  Have a great weekend...love u, Diane

Awww Lulu . . . so glad you are on the mend!  That is scarey . . . and not to be messed with . . .

Everyone sounds happy and productive and ready for a great weekend.  I got a call last night saying I did not have to work today . . . but I'm still on tomorrow . . . so now what should I do with myself . . . ughhh . . . it is hot here too . . . not like you desert rats . . . but hot for me . . . fans are on high.

Already been to Walmart . . . got a bunch of patriotic shirts on sale for $3 each . . . now everyone in the house can be super patriotic whenever they want . . . even the babies . . . maybe I'll take my $20 and do a casino run just to play with some penny machine . . . haven't done that in ages . . . give me something to do.

Good morning Cali!

Rhonda, awesome shout out.  Lu, glad you went to the doctor and that you are already feeling better.  Not too much planned today, other than paying a visit to my dad and sister and trying to stay cool. 

And Rhonda, don't encourage me to go shopping... though a red bathing suit does sound like fun, lol!
